Shrigley Hall

Title

Shrigley Hall

Description

Shrigley Hall Golf Club was opened along with the Hotel in 1989 following the conversion of the former Salesian Monastery & school. The 18 hole golf course was designed by Donald Steel and uses the beautiful setting of this country estate, dating back to the 14th. Century, to provide an extremely tough test for golfers, whatever their level of ability.
At over 700 feet above sea level, the course provides spectacular views at various points of the Peak District, the Cheshire Plain and the City of Manchester. The abundant wildlife includes a herd of Red Deer and there are many magnificent examples of native trees.
Visitors are very welcome and will find a round at Shrigley Hall both testing and rewarding.
