West Cheshire G.C. was located at Bidston, and was a thriving club. It was badly damaged by bombing in WWII, and folded before the end of the war.

West Cheshire G.C. suffered significant damage from enemy bombing, including the loss of the clubhouse. Despite the repair work by PoWs, the club did not survive the war.
