Cheshire became the first English county to run a 9 hole championship. The honour of hosting the first event fell to Alderley Edge G.C. who also produced the winner in their Captain, Bill Fisher. Pictured with County President Sean Ritchie is runner-up Adam Carr of Sale G.C.
